All proceedings will be open to the public. For a sign language Interpreter or other accommodations, please call
305.673.7411 at least five days in advance. In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person who appeals
any decision by the canvassing board with respect to any matter considered at a meeting, he or she will need a record of
the proceedings and therefore will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.

anticipacion. Segun to que dispone la Seccion 286.0105 de los Estatutos de la Florida, toda persona que apele una
decision de la junta de escrutinio respecto de un asunto examinado durante una reunion necesitara una copia de las
actas y, por to tanto, tendr6 que cerciorarse de que se haga un record del procedimiento al pie de la letra.
