The appropriate and proper Miami-Dade County election ofÐ cials shall conduct said General
Election hereby called, with acceptance of the certiÐ cation of the results of said General Election
to be performed by the City Commission. The ofÐ cial returns for each precinct shall be furnished
to the City Clerk of the City of Miami Beach as soon as the ball
tabulated.
The voting precincts in the City for said General Election shall
appropriate Miami-Dade County Elections OfÐ cials. On Election Day, all electors shall vote at the
polling places and the voting precincts in which the ofÐ cial registration books show that the said
electors reside. All questions concerning polling places and vot

Registration of persons desiring to vote in the General Election
with the general law of the State of Florida governing voter reg ed
