Coilnci]_ passed and adopted a resoyution ordering the im-
provement. designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-508,
District SR-508
and directed the- City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
spe cif icati ons of such improvement - and ;an estimate of the
cost thereof 9 including an est-imate of the incidental ex--
pen'ses9 and the said plans and Specifications and estimate
of roost and estimate of incidental expenses . have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk
THEREFORE 9 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida,, that the City Clerh shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of .general circulation
in the City of Miami Leach a rlct:i.ce stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Micami Bea ch on the 18th day of JUJyq

of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
