Dear Mr. Granado:
This letter serves as a reminder in which Miami Beach City Hall has been
scheduled as a polling place for the 2014 Primary Election on August 26, 2014.
The election equipment/supplies are schedule to be delivered to the facility on
Tuesday, August 19, 2014 and picked up on Thursday, August 28, 2014.
We will require facility access at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2014 to
set-up/activation of the voting equipment. In addition facility access will be
required at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 for Election Day
preparations.
Please ensure the facility is opened accordingly. If for any reason the facility
cannot be opened at the time/dates indicated, immediately contact Erika Sierra-
Trujillo, Polling Place Manager, at 305-499-8460, as soon as possible.
