Proposed Evalu~ion Committee - A&E Services for the Collins Avenue,
5th-15th Streets Project
On July 30, 2001, the City issued Request for Proposals No. 54-00/01 to provide final
design/engineering services for the Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation of SR/A1A Collins
Avenue, from 5th Street to 15th Street. Ten proposals were received on August 30, 2001. I am
considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Committee:
Erika Brigham, Collins Ave. property owner/Transportation & Parking Committee Member
Harold Desdunes, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT Project Manager)
John DePazos, Capital Improvement Office
Lilia I. Medina, Resident
Beth Dunlop, Resident
Efrin Izquierdo, Resident
Joseph Johnson, Transportation/Concurrency Management (City Project Manager)
