SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Phase I of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2015-
133-YG, for Design/Build Services For Neighborhood No. 8: Central Bayshore South
Right-Of-Way Infrastructure Improvements
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals(RFP) No. 2015-133-YG,which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)
for Design/Build Services For Neighborhood No. 8: Central Bayshore South Right-Of-Way
Infrastructure Improvements.
The City expects to receive proposals pursuant to Phase I of this RFP on Friday, June 19, 2015.
The Responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the
criteria established in the RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Mark Tomczyk, Sr. Capital Projects Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects
• Sabrina Baglieri, Sr. Capital Projects Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects
• Bruce Mowry, City Engineer, Department of Public Works
I am also considering the following individual as an alternate:
• Mina Samadi, Sr. Capital Project Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects
• Jose Rivas, Civil Engineer III, Public Works Department
