Dear Mr. Diaz:
This letter is to inform you that after reviewing the due date of Campaign Report 2015-M12, we
have determined that your Campaign Report postmarked on January 11, 2016 is timely, and
therefore no late fees will take effect. The Campaign Reports are due on the 10th of each month,
however, because January 10, 2016 was a Sunday, the report due date was moved to the
following Monday, January 11, 2016.
Please note that although Campaign Report 2015-M12 was received on time, it is still deemed
incomplete pursuant to Florida Statute §106.07(2)(b)1.
The Campaign Treasurer's Report amendments needed are:
• Item (10)TOTAL Monetary Contributions to Date totals: $657,300.38. Calculations add up
to: $644,050.88.
