RE: Notice of Late Reports.
Dear Mr. Bonessi:
This letter is to inform you that we have received the following late waivers of Campaign Reports for
North Beach Neighbors Alliance:
• Waiver Report for Form 2016-M01 due February 10, 2016; received on March 18, 2016;
• Waiver Report for Form 2016-G1 due February 19, 2016; received on March 18, 2016;
• Waiver Report for Form 2016-G2 due March 4, 2016; received on March 18, 2016;
• Waiver Report for Form 2016-G3 due March 11, 2016; received on March 18, 2016.
Because the reports were waived, there will be no fines issued, but please be aware that pursuant to
Florida Statutes §106.07(8)(d) and §106.07(8)(9), the appropriate filling officer shall notify the Florida
Elections Commission of the repeated late filing by a candidate or political committee, the failure of a
candidate or political committee to file a report after notice, or the failure to pay the fine imposed.
The commission shall investigate only those alleged late filing violations specifically identified by the
filing officer and as set forth in the notification.
Please mail all future Campaign Reports and/or Waivers by their due dates to the Office of the
City Clerk at 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Failure to submit
Campaign Reports and/or Waivers on time will result in this office notifying the Florida Elections
Commission of the non-compliance.
