SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications(RFQ)No.2016-139-WG,for
Access Control and Security System Consultant
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications(RFQ)No.2016-139-WG,which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm for an
access control and security system consultant. On June 20, 2016, LTC # 267-2016, among others,
approved Monica Beltran, Assistant Director, of the Parking Department, to serve on the Evaluation
Committee. However, Ms. Beltran has confirmed that she is unable to participate on this Evaluation
Committee.Therefore,this LTC is requesting the addition of Saul Frances,Director,Parking Department,
to the Evaluation Committee in lieu of Monica Beltran.
The composition of the Evaluation Committee will now include:
• Saul Frances, Director, Parking Department
. • David Hernandez, Lieutenant, Police Department
• Charles Tear, Director, Department of Emergency Management
• Juan Augustyniak, System Administrator, Information Technology Department
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Steve Feldman, Sergeant, Police Department
• Frank Quintana, IT Support Division Director, Information Technology Department
• Keith Carson, Emergency Management Specialist, Department of Emergency Management
