Morales, City Manager DATE: August 1, 2016 SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2016-046-KB, for Red Light Violation Camera Enforcement System and Related Support Services The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals(RFP)No.2016-046-KB,which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)for red light violation camera enforcement system and related support services. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFP on Thursday,July 14,2016.The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Jessica Salabarria, Police Officer, City of Miami Beach Police Department • Nick Guasto, Police Officer, City of Miami Beach Police Department • Robin Henson, Office Associate V, City of Miami Beach Police Department • Richard Streim, Resident, City of Miami Beach • Richard Hull, Resident, City of Miami Beach I am also considering the following individuals as alternates: • Joaquin Rodriguez, Sergeant, City of Miami Beach Police Department • Hyok Chong, Lieutenant, City of Miami Beach Police Department • Franklin Socarras, Public Safety Specialist, City of Miami Beach Police Department I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you may have by Thursday, August 4, 2016.
