RE: Revocation of Save Miami Beach's Registration as a Political Committee.
Dear Mr. Cody:
This letter is to inform you that effective immediately Save Miami Beach's
registration as a Political Committee is revoked for having failed to submit
Campaign Treasurer's Reports in over six months. Save Miami Beach submitted its
last Campaign Treasurer's Report (2015-G3) on October 30, 2015. As of today, August
16, 2016, Save Miami Beach has not submitted the subsequent 13 Campaign
Treasurer's Reports for a period longer than nine months.
Pursuant to Florida Statute Section 106.03(5)(7), and Florida Administrative Code Rule
1S-2.021: "The filing officer shall revoke the registration of a political committee when
the committee fails to file campaign treasurer's reports for more than six months."
