SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications(RFQ)No.2016-152-WG,for
Real Estate Brokerage Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications(RFQ)No.2016-152-WG,which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)for
real estate brokerage services.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on August 30, 2016. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Monica Beltran, Assistant Director, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Mario Courtney, Senior Managing Director, Goldman Properties
• Steven Hurwitz, Partner, Continental Real Estate Companies
• Scott Robins, Chief Executive Officer, Scott Robins Companies
• Gisela Torres, Attorney, City Attorney's Office, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Maria Ruiz, Director, Housing and Community Services, City of Miami Beach
• Vanessa Williams, Assistant Director, Tourism, Culture, Economic Development
