SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to In itation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2017- 097 -WG, for City
Employee Healthy Cafe
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation to
Negotiate (ITN) No. 2017 - 097 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified contractor to
manage and operate a City employee healthy cafe.
The City received proposals pursuant to this ITN on Thursday, March 2, 2017. The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Marla Alpizar, Assistant Director, Human Resources Department, City of Miami Beach
• Maria Cerna, Division Director, Capital Improvement Projects, City of Miami Beach
• Jose Del Risco, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department, City of Miami Beach
• Margarita Wells, Environmental Resources Manager, Environment and Sustainability
Department, City of Miami Beach
• Vanessa Williams, Assistant Director, Office of Tourism, Culture and Economic Development,
City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Brandi Reddick, Cultural Affairs Program Manager, Office of Tourism, Culture and Economic
Development, City of Miami Beach
