at Miami Beach City Hal l , 1700 Convention Center Drive, First Floor, City Hall, Breezeway on the

Please note that i n order to be eligibl e to vote in the November 3, 2015 City of Miami Beach General
and Special Elect ions, you must be registered to vote with t he Miami-Dade County Elections
Department by October 5, 2015.
