Zoning_May to June 1973ZONING 1140 Meeting Date Detterminatiorl as to whether conversion of notel units into apt. living units is violative of Fla. State pollution board regulations. Councilman Haber advanced his opinion that conversion of hotel units into apt. units, would constitute a violation of Fla. Pollution control regulations. Consensus of Council was efforts should be made by Adminis- tration to deter these conversions; that State Pollution Bd. be advised of Council's feelings. City Mgr. & Dr. Haber will meet with State Pollution Control officials and report findings to Council .
