Hearing called on Nov. 7, 1962 to discuss what changes might be advisable in building require- ments to protect welfare of the community. 10-3-62 45 128 Adopts resolution opposing any attempt by a N. Y. rabbi to erect a 12 -story apt. house on Alton Road and asks Council to adopt similar measure opposing use of Federal funds for such purposes.
