bids rejected as they exceeded $40,000 planned
cost. Re -advertisement will begin.

Re: Activities building, Council approved con-
tract to C. A. Davis for $62,172 and appropri-
ated $21,500 from Contingency Funds in addition.
City Mgr. advised this would be 4n order for
funding from Federal Rev. Sharrng funds under
"Recreation", and he would apprise Council at
a later date of making such an appropriation
from it.
