fining properties covering by said districts;
establishing various criteria, definitions, as
recommended by Planning Brd. (called 5/17/78
for 6/21, but re -set on 6/7/78 to 6/28/78).
Mayor Haber appointed a Study Committee con-
sisting of attys. Paul Berger, Michael Katz,
and Judge Jason Berkman, with Commission
Weisburd as Commission liaison, to meet with
Planning Director and Marine Authority and
Planning Commission chairmen, to attempt to
resolve differences between proponents and op-
ponents of proposed ord. V.M.Malek requested

directed Administration to have house barge at

a dock on Normandy Waterway behind a 6 -story,
31 -unit condominium at 130 S. Shore Dr.
Memo #6998 (scheduled at 7/19/78 meeting).
Commission failed to uphold Planning Brd's
recommendation to approve conditional use
