The Youth Commission would like you to be aware of the following motion requesting support for a
youth art exhibit during Art Basel 2017, approved at the April 18, 2017 commission meeting.

Motion Text:
The Youth Commission requests the Miami Beach Mayor and Commission support a youth art
exhibit at a City of Miami Beach public school within Miami -Dade County Public Schools during
Art Basel 2017 and have it promoted by the City of Miami Beach and utilize the $250 donation
to off -set any potential costs.
The Youth Commission urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above request.
