SUBJECT: Allison Park Parking Lot Tempo °ery Partial Closure

The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission
that parking lot P81 located at 6475 Collins Avenue next to Allison Park will be partially
closed from May 8 to May 13, 2017.
As part of the overall Allison Park renovations, it will be required to seal coat and restripe the
entire parking lot. The work will occur in two phases to avoid complete closure. The first
phase will consist of working on the northern side of the parking lot (55 parking spaces) from
May, 8 to May 11, 2017. The second phase will consist of working on the southern side of the
parking lot (23 spaces) from May 11 to May 13, 2017.
The Office of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) has coordinated with the Parking
Department for the necessary prior notifications and permits required. In addition, CIP has
issued an advisory to the surrounding residents.
