.AN ORDINANCE 0,41 THE CITY OF MIAITI BEACH,
FLORIDA , VACATING AND DISCONTINUING THAT
PUBLIC TEN FOOT WALK rnOUCHING AND TYING
13AMEDIATELY SOUTH OF BLOCK 51 OF A SUB-
DIVISION OF LAND ACCORDING TO A PLAT RE-
007-:0ED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 81 OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, 7LORIDA.
WHEREAS , it is deemed advisable and to the best in-
terest of the citizens of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
that that certain public walk, ten feet in width, touching and
lying immediately South of Block 51 of a subdivision of land
according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida , be vacated and discon-
tinued as a public walk, and
WHH3, R AS , the title to such land, upon such vaca-
tion was originally provided to revert . to the Ocean Beach Realty
Company , and
'`THE'RE.AS , the said Ocean Beach Realty Comi;any trans-
ferred its title to the Southern Bank & Trust Company, as 'yrustee ,
for the Ocean Beech Real Uy Company, a corporation, and
NH�`REAS , said Southern Bank & Trust Company, a cor-
poration, as Trustee for the Ocean Beach Realty Company, a cor-
poration, has quit claimed and deeded to the City of Miami Beach,
Florida , its reversion right in and to the land embraced in said
public walk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BH' IT ORnAINS BY THT& CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TvTIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for the best interests of the in-
habitants of the City of Miami Beatch, Floriaa , that certain pub-
lic walk ten feet in width, touching and lying immediately South
of Block 51 of a subdivision of land according to a plat record-
ed in Plat Book 2 at Page 81 of the Public Records of Dade Coun--

ty , Florida , be and the same is hereby vacated and discontin-
ued as a public highway or walk.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said
City be and they are hereby directed to quit claim to the sev-
eral lot owners in said Block 51 , whose 1:,roper ty abuts upon
said public walk that portion of said public walk so discon-
tinued lying between the Fast and West lines of their lots ex-
tended South to the South side of said public walk, provided
such property owners shall have first paid to the said City
all costs of the construction of a sidewalk abutting their
respective property.
