COUNCIL OF THEA CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" - for
the following reason:
That, by changing the time from Daylight
Session to sessions at night, you will not be in
position to carry on the business of the City of
Miami Beach as viell as you have been in the past .
I feel since you have adopted the viorning Session
you have been more ef-iicient in the performance of
your duties as Councilmen than you were at the
time that you convened at night, and I do not think
it a progressive move to revert backs to old methods.
