recorded in plat Book 4, at Page 80 of the Publi, Records of
Dade County, wlorida, be and the saMe are hereby closed, vacated,
and discontinued as public hip-h rays, or as an avenue and alleys,
arld the vity of Ivy ai'ni .beach, "'lorida does hereby ,abandon said
avenue and alleys.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall become and be of-active
