BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIj. OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That that certain street, boulevard or highway
shown and designated as Atlantic Boulevard on those certain plats
of Ocean Beach Subdivision recorded in Plat book 2, at Page 38,
Ocean Beach Addition Number 1, recorded in Plat Book 3, at Page 11.,
Ocean Beach Addition Number 2, recorded in 2lat boob 2, at Page 56,
Priedman & Cope"s Subdivision recorded ih Plat Book 4, at Page 83,
and -wisher' s First Subdivision of Alton .beach recorded in Plat book
2, at Page 77, which plat books are netters of public ;record in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit court of Dade county, Florida, be
and the same is hereby changed in name and shall hereafter be known
as COLLINS AVENUE.
Section 2: That those certain streets, avenues or highways
shown on Plat of risher ' s virst Subdivision of Alton Beach, which
is recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of the Public Records of
Dade County, rlorida, and which are designated D. C1, B and A. are
uereby changed in name and shall hereafter be known as FIFTEENTH,
SIXTEENTH, SEVENTEENTH and EIGHTEENTH STREETS, respectively.
Section 3: That th os a certain highways, shown on a plat of
Ocean .Beach Addition number 3, which is recorded in Plat book 2, at
Page 81, of the 2ublic Records in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, and which are designated as
Lesson, .banana, Orange, rine, Palm, Mango and Pear Avenues, are
hereby changed in name and shall hereafter be known as DREXEL,
PENNSYLVANIA , EUCLID, MERIDIAN, JEFFERSON, MICHIGAN and LENOX AVE-
NUES, respectively.
Section 4: That thou a certain streets and avenues or highways
shown on an amended map of Ocean rront property of the kdiami Beach
Improvement Uompany, which map is recorded in Plat book 5$ at
Page 7, of the eublic ztecords in the office of the Ulerk of the Circuit
Court of Dade County, r'lorida, and designated as Gulf Stream Avenue, Park
Avenue, Ucean Avenue , Atlantic Avenue, Rotel Place, riirst, Second, Third,
Fourth, r'if th, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, eleventh, Twelfth,
Thirteenth, riourteenth, rif teenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth,
Nineteenth, South StreFt and Palm Avenue, are hereby changed in name and
shall hereafter be known and designated as TWENTIETH, TWENTY-FIRST,
TWENTY-SECOND, TWENTY-THIRD, TWENTY-FOURTH, TWENTY-FIFTH, TWENTY-SIXTH,
TWENTY-SEVENTH, .TWENTY-EIGHTH, TWENTY-NINTH, ThIRTIETH, THIRTY-FIRST,
THIRTY-SECOND, THIRTY-THIRD, THIRTY-POURTH, THIRTY-VIFTH, 'THIRTY-SIXTH,
THIRTY-:SEVENTH, THIRTY-EIGHTH* THIRTY-NINTH, FORTIETH, :FORTY-FIRST,

Section 7: All persons , firms or torpor ati ons owning property or
residing upon any of the foregoing streets as re-named or designated
herein are hereby required to observe the provisions of this ordinance
in designating or numbering residences or posting signs or markers
which may designate any of the foregoing streets.
Section 8: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
