That Section AI of an ordinance entitled_, "An ordinance of the city
of miami .Beach, irlorida,, prescjibin.g rules and regulation: as to plumb-
ing work; the installation of plumbing, the building or installing of
septic tanks; providing for the granting of a. permit , permitting plumb-
ing; providing for fees to_ such permits; providing for an examining
board to examine persons as to their qualifications as plumbers; fixing
thenuali.fications of persons who may engage in the plumbing busim ss or
trade in said Oity; providing for a, plumbing inspector for said City;
raking provisions with reference to merchant plumbers and providing for
a penalt�T for the violation of this ordinance", which was adopted August
17th, A. D- 9 19211P be amended to read as folloovs:
SECTION XI.
:examining Board.
The &xam.in , Board of elumbers o.J the City of ui.ami Beach, shall
consist of the dumbing inspector of said City, and the unitary and
:Buil ding oomz:,itteemen of the Oity Council of said Uity.
.Each member of said. Ex4rain-ir Boa rd, attending an examination,
shall receive a fee of -f'ik ` :vents for each, an-Dli.cant examined. ;such
fee sha11 be paid out of the funds of the City of iv iami beach. The
said Oit.y shall provide the exanining .Board with the necessary forms ,
books, blanks , tools and materials to properlu7 conduct the examination.
