Section 2. Seer.ch warrant -may be issued by the City Clerk
of Miami Beach., Florida, upon the affidavit of any .pertion stat-
in�_y that he has rood reason to and does believe that a certain
person, to be named. in the affidavit, has committed larceny by
stealing the pro-oerty of another, the name of the other person
to be inserted. ~Which affidavit shall al.so state the reasons
briefly upon which said. belief is based , and particularly de-

reasonable force in makil: the search and shall , if property
is found - to have been stolen, arrest the person stealiio- t'^em
or in whose possession they may be found, and procure the is-
snance of a warrant for the arrest of such :person. 'To warrant
shall be issued. in blank but shall with reasonable accuracy
describe the place to- be searched.
Section 3. Any -person foun uilty of the violation of
the above provisions of this ordiria_:ce Shall , on conviction,
