Sec.l. rt shall be unlaWfU:t,, 4tr4d& and after this ordinance
shall be adopted, for any. person, firm or corporation to post
any sign or form of advertisement of any kind upon any part of
the causeway or the viaduct therein between said 4ity of Miami
Beach and the City of Miami, or upon any street, alley, park or
other public highway or place, or upon any pole, tree or other
thing located in or on such street, alley, park or other public
highway or place within the City of 1=2iami Beach, Florida.
Sec. 2. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a
violation of this ordinance , shall upon conviction, be fined
not exceeding $150.00 or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Sec. 3. Any person, firm or corporation who shall, aftar
being arrested for a violation of this ordinance, maintain or
permit to remain posted such sign or advertisement shall, for
each day the same remains posted, ba deemed guiltGr of a violation
of this ordinance, and upon conviction shall be punished as
hereinbefore provided.
