Whereas, this body has.been petitioned by the ovvners of certain lots abutting upon thLt portion of a public alley which extends in a north- erly and southerl j direction thru Blocri numbered thirty-seven (37 ), according; to an amended reap of the Ocean front Property of the L-iami Beach Improvement Los rpany, in the City of �..iarni Beach, Dade County, Florida, to vocate that portion of such alley. This Ordinance shall take effect after the sar:_e shall have been posted at the door of the City Hall of the said City of Miami Beach, Florida.
