Whereas, this body has.been petitioned by the ovvners of certain lots
abutting upon thLt portion of a public alley which extends in a north-
erly and southerl j direction thru Blocri numbered thirty-seven (37 ),
according; to an amended reap of the Ocean front Property of the L-iami
Beach Improvement Los rpany, in the City of �..iarni Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to vocate that portion of such alley. And it appearing that
all owners of lots which might be injuriously ut'fected b.; such pro-
posed vacation are in favor of the same; now

portion of the public allej which extends thru Bloch nuLibered thi •ty-
seven (37), according to the amended snap of the Ocean Front property
of the Miami Beach it"prover-ent Company, said map being recorder: in
.Plat Book No. 5, pages 7 and 8 of the -eublic Records of Dade County,
Florida, and lying between the north line of yighteenth Street, now
Forty-second btreet, and the south li_..e of Nineteenth Street, now
Forty-third Street, and which lies between lots nuubered one, two,
three and four on the east thereof, and lots five, six, seven and eight
on the west thereof, be and the sai:ie is hereby vacated, discontinued
and abolished.
This Ordinance shall take effect after the sar:_e shall have been posted
at the door of the City Hall of the said City of Miami Beach, Florida.
There being Lio public market place in said City. ;;aid posting to be
for a period of _ 30 days
