to be vacated the alleys running in a Northerly and Southerly
direction between zaid Lots L and B, and C and D, respectively,

BE IT 08D.AIN D by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, that;
Section 1. rl'hat th.e following described alleys lying and be-
ing within the corporate limits of said City, according to a 4ap of Ocean
Beach, Florida, Addition No. 3, being a subdivision of part of the North
Half of Fractional Section 3, lo��nship 54 South, Range 42 east (also other
lands) , recorded in Flat Book 2, at page 81 , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,' be , and the sa::ie are hereby, vacated, discontinued and
abolished&
(a) That certain alley running in a Northerly and Souther-
ly direction between Lots A and B, according to said auove designated map
or plat , from Eighth Street to an unplatted tract of land lying North of,
and contiguous to , said Lots A and B; and
(b) That certain alley running in a Northerly and Souther-
ly direction between Lots C and :G, according to said above designated map
or plat , from Eighth Street to an unplatted tract of land lying North of,
and contiguous to , said Lots C and L.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage -and after posting at the City Hall of said City of Miami reach
for a period of four weeks.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed,,
