VACATING A PORTION OF SLI AI: AVENUE IMMEDIATELY
EAST OF LCT ONE OF BLCCK FIFTY-TWO OF OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION #3, AND GRMiTING SUCH VACATED
PORTION OF MIAMI AVENUE TO DAT-113LUV & CORLIESO
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida:
Rection 1 : That the follovring described portion os
Miami Avenue lying South of First Street and immediately East of
Bot 1 of Block 52 of Ocean Beach Addition dumber 3, be and
the same is hereby vacated and the use Of such vacated portion of
said Avenue be and the same is hereby granted to F. R. Datesman
and Bert R. Corlies_, _their heirs /_assigns, _subject to the proviso
hereinafter contained. a representatives and
Begin at theNortheast Corner of sadd Lot 1
of Block 52, thence run Southeasterly along
the westernly boundry of said Miami Avenue 40.6
feet, thence run East 01.17 feet parallel to
the North line of said lot 1, thence run
Northwesterly 40.7 feet to a point on the
Forth line, produced easterly of said Lot
1, thence West along said North line 0.17
feet to a point of beginning at the Northeast
Corner of said lot.
provided, however, that if a building now under construction
on said Lot 1, and cotrering the above described land, is ever
moved, demolished, destroyed by fire, or re-built, then -
the above vacation of said portion of Miami Avenue and the
grant of the use of the same shall be immediately revoked,
terminated and absolutely voided without any action on the
part of the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and said land above described shall then again become a
portion of Miami Avenue for the public use.
