AN ORDITyANCE OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF TI-M. CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING THAT CERTAIN
ORDINANCE PASSED AT A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
HELD ON THE 16TH DAY OF APRIL ,A.r. 1918, BEING
ORDINANCE :VO. 106 IN WHICH THE OFFICES OF CITY
MARSHAL AND CITY TAX ASSESSOR FERE COMBINED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beech, Florida,
SECTION 1. That that certain ordinance passed
by the City Council of the City of 3diaL4 Beach at their meeting
of April 16, A.D. ,1918, held in the council chambers and entitled:
"An Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, Combining the
Offices of City Marshal and City Tax Assessor" be , and the same is,
hereby repealed.
