CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE REGISTRATION OF
ELECTORS OF' THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the city of
Mia,mi. Beach, Flurida,
SECTION le That 'from and after the passage of this
ordinance,, its approval and publication as required by law,
it shall be the duty of the City Clerk of the City of Miami
Beach.. Florida, to do and perform r-11 the acts and duties
incumbent- upon the registration offioelI of said city.,

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are her by repealed,
