persons using the same, and prescribing a penalty for any
violation thereof.
BE !T ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Jami Beach, Florida:
Section 1. That all water bills presented
by the Grater Department of the City .of 111liami Deach, .Florida, to
property owners and all persons using the city 'water, are due
and pavable Fifteen (15) days after tne date of ti-,e bill.
Section 2. .any person or persons violating
the provisions of this ordinance will be penalized b having

further notice. find in the event of a renewal of service after
the discontinuance of safe, a fee of One 01.00) Dollar will be
