SQI7IRRELS, CROCODILES OR ALLIGATORS �VITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF SAID CITY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
Section I. That from and after the adoption of
this ordinance and its publication as required by law it shah.
-he unlawful for any person or persons to injure, ?till, hunt,
destroy, capture, or molest by any means whatsoever or in any
form within the city limits of the City of Miami Beach any
squirrel, alligator or crocodile,
Section 2. Any person violating any provisions of
the above and i'oregoing section shall,, upon conviction there-
of, be punished by a fine not exceeding Two 11undr.ed Dollars
nor less than Ten Dollars, or by imprisonment in the city
jail not exceeding thirty days nor less than three days,
