BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Miami Beach:
Vr HEREAS , the Gulf Refining C ompa.h.y is about to purchase
from the Ocean Beach Realty Company,lots numbers one to four
inclusive of Block No. 111, according to a map of that portion
of the Town of Hiami Beach, known as Ocean Beach, Florida,,
Addition No, Three, for the purpose of erecting and operatIng
thereon a bulk station for the storage and sale of petroleum
and petroleum ewe products.
'WHERIUS, the Council of the Town of 161iami Beach.Florida,
has heretofore by ordinance declared that said lots numbers
one tofour inclusive of Block No. 111, above referred to may be
occupied and used for the storage and sale of ga,soline,benzine,
naptha and crude oils.
Sec. 1, NOW THERIDWORE, the said Gulf Refining Comj,any,
by this ordinance is authorized to construct,maintain and oper-
ate bn said lots numbers one to four inclusive, according to a
map of that portion of the Town of Miami Beach,Florida,known
as Ocean Beach, Florida, Addition No. Three, a suitable oil
station with the necessary buildings, tanks,wha.rfs,pipe lines
and other facilities for the receiving, storing,handling and
sale of petroleum and petroleum products, ga.soline,benzine,
naptha and petroleum crude oils.
Sec. 2. That the storage tanks erected and installed
upon above described lots shall be enclosed by a substantial
fence or wall, for the purpose of protecting said tanks against
trespassers and also to safeguard against fire.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall constitute a contract
betv,een the Town Council of Miami Beach, Florida, and
the Gulf Refining Company authorizing the said Gulf Refining
Com $
p ny, its successors and assigns to occupy, improve, and

to continue in the use and enjoyment of the property herein
mentioned for the uses specified.
Sec. 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. �--
