13"r IT ORDAINED by the Cit�r Council of the City of iiami
Beach, Florida:
Section 1 : That from and after the adoption of this ordinance,
tl�e offices of City Marshal and City TaX Assessor shall. 'be and
they are hereby combined into one office and shall hereafter be
held by one and the same person, who shall perform, and discharge
all the duties prescribed by the terms and conditions of the
City Charter of the said City of 1M,iami Beach, or by city ordinance
for each of the said offices as fully and completely as though
he was elected or appointed to only one of said offices .
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict with the provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby re-
;oeed.
