AN ORDINANCE OF THE C IfY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.,
COMBINING THE OFFICES OF CITY CLERK,
CITY AUDITOR AND CITY TAX COLLECTOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIA 11 I BEACH, FLOR I LA:
Section 1: That from and after the adoption of this ordi-
nance, the offices of City Olerk, City Auditor
and pity Tax Collector shall be and they are hereby com-
bined into one office and shall hereafter be zleld by one
and the same person, who shall perform and discharge all
the duties prescribed by the terms and conditions of the
City Charter of the said City of Lliami Beach., or by city
ordinance for each of the said offices as fully and complete-
ly as though he were elected or appointed to only one of
said offices.
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions hereof, be and the
sane are hereby repealed.
