BF IT ORDAINED BY THE I TTY COUNCIL OF TILE '1TTY OF MIAMI

BEACH, FLORIDA;
IIS Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any 2erson or persons
to operate or drive any automobile, motorcar, motorcycle, bicycle or other conveyance,
at a rate of speed faster than fifteen (15) miles per hour over or upon that part of
Collin's Bridge within the jurisdiction of said City of Miami Beach, said Collin's
Bridge being a bridge crossing Bay Biscayne in the County of Dade and the State of
Florida;
Section 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
park any automobile,motorear, motorcycle, bicycle or other conveyance, on said Collin's
Bridge opposite to, or closer than a distance of one hundred (100) feet east or west;
from any parked automobile, motorcar, motorcycle, bicycle or other conveyance.
Section That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to fish
from or stand upon any part of said Collin's Bridge at a point opposite to any parked
automobile, motorcar, motorcycle, bicycle, or other conveyance or opposite any point
closer thin one hundred feet east or west from any parked automobile, motorcar, motor-
cycle, bicycle or other conveyance.
Section 4. Any person violating the provisions of Sections 1, 29
3, or either of them, of this Ordinance shall be deemed ��uilty of a misdemeanor and
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $50.
