BE IT ORDAINED by the 4City Council of the City
&f Miami Beach, Florida, that th., .;ompensation of the
� . officers of the City of Miami Beach shall be as follows:
EachC ounc ilman shall receive the sun of two
dollars and fifty cents for each meeting of the City
Council that he shall actually attend, whether such meeting
be a regular or special one.
The Municipal Judge shall receive the sum of four
hundred and eighty dollars per year in monthly installments
of forty dollars.
The Marshall shall receive the sum of twelve hun-
dred dollars per year, payable in monthly installments of
one hundred "dollar°
The Clerk, Collector and Assessor shall receive
the sum of twelve hundred dollars per- year, payable in
monthly installments of one hundred dollars _ beginning
from the first day of September 1917:
The salaries of all officers of the City of Hiami
Beach shall be paid out of the 'G'eneral Fund and shall be
audited and allowed by the City Council in like manner as
other bills against the City, and shall be payable monthly
except as otherwise specifically provided.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
