BE IT ORDAINED BY THL; CITY COUNCIL O? 1HE CITY OF MIAUI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: 'hat Section 2 of Ordinance No. 164 of the City
of i.Iiami Beach be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

'Section 2: she City Clerk shall have prepared small tags
or Plates of tin, copper or brass, with the words I,Iiami ±each, and
the year for which the same is issued and the number of the tag
stam7)ed thereon on or before the first day of November of each year
hereafter, which tags may be obtained by orners of dogs by paying
to the City Cler': a fee of One Dollar (:1.00) where the tag is for
a male dog, and a fee of _'wo .Dollars (:;2.00) where such tag is for
a female dog. Such tags shall be ood and shall lice lee the dog
wearing the same for the _fear only for which it is issued. '
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be effective iLimediately.

the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, has been posted
by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Jiami Beach,
one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City
on the 21st day of _December, L. D., 1925, and that said Ordi-
nance remained pasted for a period of at least thirty days
in a.cc orda_ice with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of Miami Beach.
