AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15, OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950", AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
THERETO TO BE NUMBERED SECTION 15 .19.10 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 15 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, 1950", as amended, be and the same
is hereby amended so as to add a new section thereto immediately
following Section 15 .19.9 to be numbered and to read as follows:
"Section 15 .19.10 .
(a) It shall be unlawful for any vendor
licensed to sell alcoholic beverages for
consumption on the premises to engage, hire,
or employ any person to perform, or engage
in, a"Strip-Tease" dance or act, as defined
in Paragraph (c) hereof, or to permit any
person to perform such dance or act on the
premises.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to
perform, or engage in a "Strip-Tease" dance
or act, as defined in Paragraph (c) hereof
on the premises of any vendor licensed to
sell alcoholic beverages for consumption
on the premises.
MA "Strip-Tease" dance or act is hereby
defined as being any dance or act wherein
any person, male or female, disrobes or
removes clothing from his or her person,
or opens or shifts such clothing so as to
expose parts of the body in a lewd or las-
civious manner or with the design to arouse
the sexual desires of onlookers, or who
being partially clothed when appearing,
dresses or places clothing upon the body
or any part thereof in such a manner.
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 : This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach
