ORDINANCE NO. 230
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, PRESCRIBING TH1; SALARY
MO BE PAID THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the salary of the Municipal Judge
of the City of Miami Beach is hereby prescribed and autho-
rized as $200.00 per month, beginning November 1st, 1926.
Section 2: That that portion of Ordinance No. 227,
passed heretofore and in conflict herewith is hereby re-
.
pealed.
