AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.7 AND
SECTION 2.9 OF CHAPTER 2 OF "THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950", AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2.7 of Chapter 2 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding after Paragraph Z.
thereof, the following:
"ZZ. KOSHER FOOD INSPECTOR"
SECTION 2: That Section 2.9 of Chapter 2 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding after Paragraph
A. (4-f') thereof, the following:
"4 3/4. KOSHER FOOD INSPECTOR"
SECTION 3 : That all ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December 1962.
