Ordinance 1481 ORDINANCE NO. 1481
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 41 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: Paragraph (c) of Section 2, Chapter 41 of "The Code
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", be and
the same is hereby amended by adding the following proviso at
the end of said paragraph:
"provided, however, that there shall
not be more than five intermediate
stops between terminals. "
SECTION 2: That portion of the form of permit provided for by
Section 4, Chapter 41 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", reading as follows:
"Regular Routes "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Regular Routes and authorized inter-
mediate stops (not in excess of five)
between terminals
SECTION 3 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1963 .

City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in
three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 16th day of January, A,D. 19 63 , and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
