AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO
BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows:
"N. City Attorney Salary per month 1,349.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to the City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 460.00
AND
together with a monthly allowance to
City Attorney for one full time and
two part time Assistant City Attorneys
in the sum of 1, 748.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. City Attorney Salary per month 1,349.00
(a) Together with a monthly allowance -
to the City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 760.00
(b) Together with a monthly allowance to
City Attorney for two full time and
two part time Assistant City Attorneys
in the sum of 2,539.67"
SECTION 2: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. _678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows:
"P. Assistant City Manager Salary per month 788.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ,_
"P. Assistant City Manager Salary per month 888.00"
SECTION 3 : That Sub-Paragraph (a) of Section 1 of this Ordinance
shall go into effect as of May 1, 1963; that Sub-
Paragraph (b) of Section 1 hereof shall go into effect as of
April 8, 1963; and that Section 2 hereof shall go into effect
as of April 15, 1963 .

SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the l s t day of I lay A,D. 19 )3 and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
