AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.1 OF "THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 6.1 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" reading as follows:
"A. CITY ENGINEER
5. Engineering division
6. Sewer division
7. Street division
B. Division of docks
9. Division of waste disposal
B. CITY CLERK
14. Division of collections
15. Division of treasury and accounts
18. Division of legal records
18.1 Traffic violations bureau
C. SHOP AND WATER SUPERINTENDENT
11. Division of water distribution
12. Division of mechanical repairs"
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

SECTION 2. That that portion of Section 6. 1 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" reading as follows:

three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on

Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
