AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.7
AND 12.8 OF CHAPTER 12 OF "THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950", PERTAINING TO HARBOR AND
BULKHEAD LINES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 12.7 of Article III, Chapter 12 of
"The Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
1950", be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 12.7 Establishment between 22nd
Street and 33rd Street
A harbor line is hereby established in the
Atlantic Ocean between a line 7 feet southerly
of the southerly line of 22nd Street extended
easterly and the northerly line of 33rd Street
extended easterly, located as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 7 feet southerly
of the southerly line of 22nd Street produced
easterly and 536.45 feet easterly of the easterly
line of Collins Avenue; thence run in a northerly
direction to a point on the southerly line of
23rd Street produced easterly, and 518.5 feet
easterly of the east line of Collins Avenue;
thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the southerly line produced easterly of
Lot 1, Block 4, of the Amended Map of the Ocean
Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company, and 138 feet easterly of the easterly
line of said Block 4; thence run in a northerly
direction to a point on the northerly line pro-
duced easterly of Lot 6, Block 6 of the aforesaid
Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company and 142 feet easterly of the easterly
line of the said Block 6; thence run in a north-
erly direction to a point on the northerly line
produced easterly of Lot 3, Block 11, of the
aforesaid Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach
Improvement Company, and 354 feet easterly of
the easterly line of Collins Avenue; thence run
in a northerly direction to a point on the north-
erly line o£ 32nd Street produced easterly and
345 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins
Avenue; thence run in a northerly direction to
a point on the southerly line of 33rd Street
produced easterly and 340.38 feet easterly of
the easterly line of Collins Avenue as said
Collins Avenue, Streets, Property, Lots and
Blocks are shown on the Amended Map of the Ocean
Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement
Company recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 7 and 8,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Streets are named and designated in
City of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232. "

SECTION 2: That Section 12.8 of Article III, Chapter 12 of
"The Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
1950 ", be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"Section 12.8 Establishment between 33rd
Street and 44th Street
A Harbor line is hereby established in the
Atlantic Ocean between the southerly line of
33rd Street extended easterly and the northerly
line of 44th Street extended easterly located
as follows:
Beginning at a point which is on the southerly
line of 33rd Street produced easterly and 340 .38
feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins
Avenue; thence run in a northerly direction to
a point on the easterly production of the southerly
line of Lot 2, Block 19 of the Amended Map of
the Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach
Improvement Company and 343 feet easterly of
the said easterly line of Collins Avenue; thence
run in a northerly direction to a point on the
northerly line of 34th Street extended easterly
and 344 feet easterly of the said easterly line
of Collins Avenue; thence run in a northerly
direction to a point on the northerly line of
41st Street extended easterly and 325 feet east-
erly of said easterly line of Collins Avenue;
thence run in a northerly direction to a point
on the northerly line of 44th Street extended
easterly and 311 feet easterly of said easterly
line of Collins Avenue, as said Collins Avenue,
Streets, Lot and Block are shown on the Amended
Map of the Ocean Front Property of the Miami
Beach Improvement Company, recorded in Plat
Book 5, pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Streets are
named and designated in City of Miami Beach
Ordinance No. 232. "
SECTION 3 : All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in
three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 3rd_Gay o July,. A,D. 19 63 , and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
