Ordinance 1493 ORDINANCE NO. 1493
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.1 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2.1 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, 1950", be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 2.1. Time of council meetings.
All regular meetings of the city council
will be held at 8:30 A. M. on the first and
third Wednesdays of each and every month. "
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 : This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October , 1963 .
