AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 38 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950" , AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Paragraph (d) of Section 38.4 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" , as amended, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (d) Upon the application of the owner or consumer
for water service, on premises to which there has not
been made any previous service for water, the following
tapping charges shall be made to cover the cost of the
tap and the installation of the service to the property
line of the lot to be supplied with water service:

its passage and posting as required by law.
