AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
1950", AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI REACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That that portion of Section 17.16 (14) (b) of "The
Code of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950",
as amended, reading as follows:
" (b) Renting business, provided that
automobiles rented with drivers
shall be subject to same regu-
lations as are specified in sec-
tions 35.1 to 35.24 of this Code. . . . .$575 .00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (b) Renting business, provided that
automobiles rented with drivers
shall be subject to same regu-
lations as are specified in sec-
tions 35 .1 to 35.24 of this Code. - • $575. 00
(bb) For each automobile rental
sub-agency (no cars on lo-
cation) in hotels having
one hundred rooms . . . . . . . . . . . . $100.00
(bc) For each automobile rental
sub-agency (no cars on lo-
cation) in hotels having
more than one hundred
rooms, the sum specified
in Paragraph (bb) herein-
above, and for each addi-
tional one hundred rooms
or part thereof an addi-
tional $25.00 .
(bd) For each automobile rental
sub-agency (no cars on lo-
cation) in business dis-
tricts, as defined by
Ordinance No. 289, for each
sub-agency . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $100.00"
SECTION 2: All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.

three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one

Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said. City of Miami Beach.
